A puri is a Balinese palace and a pura is a Hindu temple; the village temple is located adjacent to the villa entrance. Guests can observe traditional Balinese ceremonies here and also enjoy a walk behind the temple to the nearby river. Puri Pura’s delightful Balinese staff give offerings every day in the villa.
Three girls: an excellent cook, butler and housekeeper are at the villa catering for guests every need. At night there is a security guard so there is always someone on hand to help. All the villa staff speak good English, they shop for guests groceries and prepare meals from an extensive menu including both Asian and western dishes. They also keep the mini bars well stocked with beers and wine.
Puri Pura offers guests a unique hospitality experience; massage and spa treatments are available in the villa where one can enjoy all the amenities of a 5 star resort; there really is little reason to leave! However should you wish to venture out the staff will assist to organise transport and day trips with experienced tour guides. There are numerous quality restaurants within walking distance of the villa and some exceptional beach clubs where you can savour Bali’s famous sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
